DAVID CHENG Member of the Board of Directors of XEMC Darwind B.V.
David was born in 1962 in Hunan, China. He has obtained his MBA at the Business School Hunan University in China. He has worked as procurement officer and director for several companies. In 2005 he returned to XEMC Group as procurement director for XEMC Windpower Co. Ltd. In 2009 David was assigned as Managing Director of the new established company XEMC Darwind B.V. David is also a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Europe China Institute at Nijenrode University. |

HUGO GROENEMANS Chief Executive Officer of XEMC Darwind B.V.
Hugo was born in 1967 in The Netherlands. After his graduation from the technical university, he started his career working for several multinationals in various engineering, marketing and management positions. He entered the wind industry market in 2005 and managed several new turbine designs, including the setup of the companies XEMC Darwind B.V. and XEMC VWEC B.V. |

KE ES VERSTEEGH Chief Technical Officer of XEMC Darwind B.V.
Kees was born in 1955 in The Netherlands. He graduated as mechanical engineer and followed post academic courses on management and power electronics. Kees has 30 years of experience in wind energy and wind turbine industry and started his career working as a design engineer for wind pumps and small wind turbines, acted as a plant manager of a workshop for renewable energy applications and worked on several wind energy related studies in countries like Angola, Tunesia and Sri Lanka followed by several positions as an R&D manager before founding his own company. |

FRANK STRIK Chief Operations Officer of XEMC Darwind B.V.
As COO of XEMC Darwind, Frank Strik has over 10 years of experience in various managerial positions in the heavy industry and maritime sector. He started his career at Imtech in maritime power conversion and ship propulsion systems, where he founded and headed the department responsible for ship propulsion systems. After Imtech, Frank joined Alstom Transport and held several managerial positions in the rail vehicle product platform development and project realization, where he was responsible for the commercial and project execution of all Light Rail projects in the Netherlands. Within the XEMC Darwind team he is responsible for Project Management, Assembly, Procurement, Quality control, Commissioning & Installation and Project Engineering.
